What’s the difference between imported and domestic cartridge heaters for mold using?

The cartridge heater for mold using is made of metals tube as shell, and the alloy electric heating wire is installed axially as heating material. The alloy wire is filled and compacted around the alloy wire, which has good insulation and thermal conductivity. One end is sealed and the other end is provided with two terminals or leads. It is widely used in modern industrial applications. What are the differences of import mold cartridge heaters and ordinary domestic mold cartridge heaters?

• Different outlet modes.

1. The cartridge heaters of the domestic mold can only be used for external wiring;
2. The cartridge heaters of the imported mold can be divided into the internal lead and external wiring;

• Different material.

The single head heating pipe of imported mould is made of imported material.

• Different surface load.

1. Domestic technology: 5W/c㎡;
2. Import technology: ≤20c㎡

• Different production cost.

The imported cartridge heaters’ cost is much higher than domestic ones.
