I Equipment feature

GYD serial conduction oil heater is a kind of new-typed heating equipment with heat energy conversion. It takes the electricity as power, changes it into the heat energy through the electrical organs, takes the organic carrier ( heat conduction oil ) as medium, and continues to heat through the compulsive circulation of the heat conduction oil driven by high-temperature oil pump, so as to meet the heating requirements of users. In addition, it could also satisfy the requirements of set temperature and temperature controlling accuracy.

Generally, the conduction oil furnace consists of the main parts ( heater, high-temperature oil pump and filter ), high position oil tank, control cabinet and piping. The whole set of equipment and the heat-consuming equipment assembled together to form a mandatory liquid circulation heating systems.

II Equipment characteristic

  1. This equipment uses electric energy as heat source, clean, no smoke, no environmental pollution, non-corrosive to the device, no affect to workers’ health.
  2. High thermal efficiency, can reach 95%, under the working conditions heating-up fast, and temperature uniformity.
  3. Low pressure. At the low working pressure, it can get a higher working temperature, and the pressure is only seven one-tenth of the saturated vapor pressure, completely without run, emit, drop, leakage phenomena, safety and reliable, doesn’t need a man on duty for 24-hour.
  4. A wide range of temperature regulation, high precision of temperature control, having complete operating control and safe monitoring devices, the precision of oil furnace temperature is about 1 centigrade degree, so it is easy to operate.
  5. This equipment structure compact, covers a small area, easy to maintenance. It can be horizontally mounted nearby the hot equipment, and doesn’t need a special boiler room.
  6. Save the water treatment equipment and a mass of boiler water.

IV Structure and control

  1. furnace body ( inspected by Jiangsu special equipment safety supervision and examination station ): It is welded by4pieces seamless tube of Φ325, and the main part is welded by structural steel with sufficient bearing ability. Heating barrel external insulation uses the high quality alumina silicate fibre, high temperature cut-off valve is connected between the barrel and pump.
  2. Electric heater: It is made up of 1 unit flange heater, and every flange heater is welded by stainless steel heating pipe with a certain number of spare. The shell material of heating pipe is 1Cr18Ni9Ti seamless stainless steel pipe, the heating wire is the imported high resistance Cr20Ni80, the fillers are all high-level magnesium oxide powder, temperature resistance, pressure resistance and extending the service life.
  3. The hot oil pump is high-temperature centrifugal pump produced by Wuan Industrial Pump Co., Ltd. with long sustainable operation time.
  4. Temperature control: Signals transmitted by a temperature sensor for the temperature control instrument, and then through the temperature control instrument to set the temperature operation, PID control with high temperature control precision. The conduction oil furnace divide into basis heating and auxiliary heating, and many groups of both basis heating and auxiliary heating to reduce load of electrical organs. We control each groups to prevent the conduction oil ageing when the electrical organs have exorbitant temperature and extend its service life.
  5. Pressure monitor: A pressure gage is installed both at the hot oil pump and pipe of heater barrel to show the real-time pressure of furnace, it will output signal alarm once the pressure below a certain value, meanwhile stop heat.
  6. Liquid level monitor: There is a float controller in the head tank, it can real-time monitor the liquid level, and it will output signal alarm once the level below a certain value, meanwhile stop heat.
  7. Oil in control: Filling pump will open and fill oil into tank once the oil level below the regular level.
  8. Main alarm: It is equipped with sound-light alarm of overtemperature, low pressure, low oil and function of stopping electricity.
  9. Main protect: This system has interlocking reaction protection of level, temperature, pressure, flow, etc. It can promptly acousto-optic alarm, and stop heating when any one place malfunction.

VIII Equipment manufacture and acceptance standard

The equipment provided by the supplier should according to the company standard of “Q/320911 RYS2002-2007 conduction oil heater”, and national electrical industry manufacturing standards to manufacture and accept.

IX Environmental requirement

  1. An indoor space with ventilation or fresh air.
  2. Ambient temperature is between -10℃ and 45℃.
  3. No electric conductive dust, and no corrosive gas which can severely damage metal and insulation in the around.
  4. Without direct sunlight.
  5. Smooth and strong of the mounting floor without obvious shake.

A Supplier responsibility

⑴ Conduction oil heater 1 unit, and it is the part between the oil outlet and inlet of the ‘conduction oil heater structure diagram’.

⑵ A control cabinet matched to the conduction oil heater, and its performance should accord with the technology agreement by round turn.

⑶ The companion flange at outlet and inlet of the equipment and spare parts for 1 year are provided accord with the agreement.

⑷ Product manual 1 set.

B Acquirer responsibility

⑴ The cables between the heater and control cabinet and all materials, construction are acquirer responsibilities.

⑵ The facilities besides the outlet and inlet of the heater and construction are all acquirer responsibilities, supplier free to assist the installation guide.

⑴ The supplier should provide the long-term technical advisory services to buyer’s.

XI Equipment evaluation indexes

  1. Appearance is free of defects and there is enough rigidity, doesn’t deformation whatever cold state or thermal state
  2. Sealing parts all use high-temperature metal winding pads, sealed performance is good without leaking.
  3. Sealing test, system does the air-tight test at pressure of 0.1Mpa.
  4. Surface temperature of furnace is ≦45℃ ( relative to ambient temperature ).
  5. Carbon steel surface is painted two antirust paint and two topcoat after rusting removal. And the appearance is smooth,bright and clean, the colour and lustre is consistent.
  6. After the installation, the equipment is operated without trouble for 72 hours.

    Do you have other size of the thermal oil heater? I would prefer to use 5(five) individual different heater for my machine. 20m³/h, 30m³/h, 40m³/h, 60m³/h and 80m³/h for five different groups of machine parts. Head will remains at 53m.
