Vacuum Calcining furnace Instruction

I、 Introduction

Vacuum cleaning furnace is applicable to clean filature workpiece in fibre industry.

It still can be used in backfire for quench workpiece in which temperature is less than 600℃. And it can be used to do heat treatment for the non-ferrous metal.

II、 Product description

Vacuum cleaning furnace is made of sheet metal and profiled bar. The lining of the workroom is manufactured by heat-resistant stainless steel board. The high-quality alumina silicate cotton is filled between the outside shell and the workroom.

It can insulate the heat and keep temperature. The calciner door is a double seal, and there are two workpiece shelves on the bottom of the calciner. It uses a stainless steel heat pipe to heat. It can be operated and maintained expediently.

III、Technical Data

  1. Working Dimensions: 1500mm×2000mm×1500mm(length×width×height )
  2. External Dimensions:2450 mm×2160 mm×2210 mm(length×width×height )
  3. Electric supply: 220V/380V±10% 50Hz
  4. Rating heat power: 95.94kW
  5. Distribute of heat power: 5.33kW/pc×18pcs=95.94kW
  6. Mode of connection of heater: Y
  7. Temperature range: 20-550℃(constant temperature & tunableness)
  8. Temperature uniformity: ±3℃

IV、Operation

  1. Open the calciner door, inspect every part of the calciner whether it is good. Remove the dirt. There should be little dust in the area.
  1. Open the door of the control cabinet. Inspect all parts whether they are loosened and fallen off in the transferring. Connect the 3 phase- 4 wore power supply system.
  1. Switch on the calciner. The electric source light is ON(red). The voltage meter indicates actual voltage.
  1. Switch on the heating switch. The heating pipe starts to work when the actual temperature is less than the set temperature. The indicating light is ON (red). The electric current meter indicates working currently. When the actual temperature is close to the set temperature, the equipment works according to the PID.

V、 Safety regulations

  1. The calciner should be installed on the ground on a level surface. It should be installed be in a room which is well ventilated and dried without corrosives.
  2. There should be a main switch in the control system. Use a properly grounded electrical outlet of correct voltage and current on the main equipment, ensure the equipment works in safety.
  3. Check voltage, use it after you ensure the connection of the wire is properly. All power wiring must comply with applicable local codes.
  4. Connect the calciner to the mains after fitting a switch having a rating adequate to the power to the sectionalized.
  5. During working, because the fibre high polymer gives out much exhaust gas and quantity of heat when it contains and burns, the air escape valve should be open at the beginning, or when it is about 250℃.
  6. It has a higher temperature on the surface of the calciner door. To avoid burns, the operator or others can’t close up when the equipment works.
  7. Put or take the workpiece gently during working. It shouldn’t be attacked, because it can damage the equipment or elements in the calciner.
  8. The calciner has good effects. It should be often observed when it was used for the first time. It should avoid unnecessary expense because of too high temperatures.
  9. During working, You should inspect heater in the calciner, if the time of temperature rise increase obviously, or the current meter reduces suddenly. It can be used after replacing the broken.
  10. When you find the actual temperature on the meter is more than the set temperature of 20℃, it still keeps rising, you should notice that if the meters loose control of after getting rid of thermal inertia and etc.
  11. Dust in the cabinet of the calciner should be often removed. Keep the calciner clean, aeration without dust.
