Overview Of Cartridge Heaters For Internal Lead-out Wire

The structure of the internal wire cartridge heater is that the high temperature lead is welded directly from the inner to the resistance wire. So, this leading wire temperature of this structure should be at least 800 degrees, and such leading wire normally used is pure nickel wire. The process cost of this way is high, but it has good flexibility and is not easy to break.

The production efficiency of internal leading wire is far less than that of external leaning wire. When welding the leading wire to resistance wire, the process is difficult, so the internal leading wire should not be too long.

Product Parameters:

  • Structure: Internal leading wire;
  • Sizes: Dia Φ3-30mm; Length 15mm-6000mm;
  • Surface loading: 1-22 w/cm2;
  • Standard leading wire: 250mm;
  • Lead time: 7-10 working days.

Product Characteristics:

  • Made of imported materials with high surface temperature and optional range of temperature: 0-800 C;
  • The imported nickel-chromium alloy wire is used to make the heating element which have excellent vibration resistance;
  • Good insulation, imported insulation thermal conductive materials and sealing materials;
  • The product is packed in vacuum, which is easy to store for a long time without worrying about the reduction of insulation resistance;
  • The power of the tube can be designed and manufactured according to the sectional structure so as to adjust the local heating and heating.
  • The production process is excellent, leaving 1 cm cold end at the outlet end and the tail, i.e. no heating zone.
