The wound finned electric heating tube and the square finned electric heating tube belong to the electric heating tube of air dry burning, which can be used in industrial equipment such as oven, paint baking room and pipe heating, as shown in the figure below:
Only from the appearance of the electric heating tube on the picture, we can judge which of the two is better. The answer is definitely square fin electric heating tube, and the two are made in different ways.
On the basis of dry burning heating tube, the winding type finned heating tube is evenly wound with stainless steel finned steel strip on the tube surface. Generally, the fin height is 6 mm and 7 mm, the thickness is 0.3 mm, and the fin spacing is about 4-5 mm.
Square finned electric heating element is installed on the basis of U-shaped electric heater. Rectangular stainless steel fins (generally 25 * 50mm or 40 * 80mm) are 0.3-0.4mm thick, and the spacing between fins is generally 5-6.5mm. Because of the large gap between the fins, the heat dissipation effect is much better than that of the wound fin electric heating tube, and the relative cost is also much higher.
The winding fin electric heating tube is widely used by customers when purchasing. Because of its simple manufacture, low cost and relatively common heat dissipation effect, the dry burning electric heating tube can expand the heat dissipation surface and increase the heat dissipation speed.
