The term of heating elements is the first thing we need to know about heating industry. Today, SZ Heat Technical Department lists some main heating pipe terms for your reference:
- Heating Tube Lead Rod (Line)
The lead-out rod (line) of heating elements refers to the metal conductive parts which are connected with the heating body and are used for connecting heating pipe with power supply, electric heating pipe and meta-heating pipe.
- Expansion Length of Heating Tube(mm)
It refers to the sum of the length of the straight line and the bending part of the metal tube on the heating pipe pattern.
- The Heating Length of Heating Tube(mm)
It is the total length of heating part of the heating element, not includs the cold pin part.
- Heating Surface Area of Heating Tube(c㎡)
It is surface area of metal tube on heating length.
It is the power per unit area on the heating surface.
- Full Heating Conditions for Heating Pipes
It is that make the heating pipe reach the working condition of the prescribed working state.
- Rated Power of Heating Tube(KW)
The rated power of the heating tube refers to the input power of the heating tube specified in the redesign and marked on the shell of the heating tube.
- Rated Voltage of Heating Tube(V)
The rated voltage of the heating pipe refers to the voltage on the heating pipe specified in the redesign and marked on the shell of the heating pipe.
- Working Voltage of Heating Tube(V)
For a single heating pipe connected to the power supply, the working voltage of the heating pipe refers to the specified voltage connected to the component, i.e. the rated voltage.
For a group of heating pipes connected in series to the power supply, the working voltage of the heating pipes refers to the voltage connected to the heating pipes specified in the design.
- Working Temperature Of The Heating Tube(℃)
The working temperature of heating pipe refers to the average temperature of heating surface of heating pipe under rated power and sufficient heating conditions.
- The Max Temperature Of The Heating Tube(℃)
The maximum temperature of the heat pipe refers to the temperature at the highest temperature point on the heating length of the heating pipe under the rated power of 1.27 times and full heating conditions.
