Brief introduction of melt-blown heaters:
a. The melt-blown heater is a kind of electric heating device which is installed in a tubular heat preservation container and used to heat gas and liquid. The melt-blown heater has the characteristics of fast heating, good heat preservation performance, and high heating temperature.
b. The melt-blown heater is usually used to heat air, nitrogen, and other gases. It can heat the gas to the required temperature in a short time.
c. The melt-blown heater is usually used to heat water, oil, solution, and other fluids to ensure the outlet temperature reaches the requirements.
- Structure type of melt-blown heater: the melt-blown heater is divided into horizontal type and vertical type, with the same working principle.
a. The vertical type is small but has the requirement for the height. The horizontal type is large, but no requirement for the height.
b. The material for the melt-blown heater has Carbon Steel, S.S. 304, S.S.316L, S.S.310s, etc. Select appropriate materials according to different heating process requirements.
c. The melt-blown heater adopts the flange type electric pipe heating and is equipped with the professional design guide plate, to ensure the uniform heating of the electric pipe and the full absorption of heat by the heating medium.
d. If there is a high-temperature requirement (the outlet temperature is greater than 600 ℃), we adopt stainless steel 310S electric radiation heating pipe to heat, and the outlet temperature can reach 800 ℃.
- Performance characteristics of the melt-blown heater
a. The melt-blown heater has advanced structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
b. The melt-blown cloth heater can heat the air to a very high temperature, up to 450 ℃, and the shell temperature is only about 50 ℃.
c. High efficiency of melt-blown heater: over 0.9.
d. The heating and cooling rate is fast, up to 10 ℃ / s, and the regulation is fast and stable. There will be no leading and lagging phenomenon.
e. When it does not violate the use of regulations, the electric heater is durable and has a service life of several decades.
The electric air heater is always used together with the Extruder for the melt-blown production lines.
